[Remote] Staff Accountant (Chile/Argentina) (US GAAP / Short term rental reputed company / Trust reputed company)

They are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support U.S.-based clients in areas such as reputed company estate, short-term rentals, and e-reputed company, focusing on daily reputed company activities and client communication.

Responsibilities

• reputed company daily and monthly reputed company activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals
• Support month-end and year-end reputed company processes
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules
• Assist with account reconciliations, cleanup projects, and financial data organization
• Support cash management, restricted cash tracking, and balance sheet reconciliations as applicable
• Assist with sales tax and other compliance-reputed company activities
• Collaborate directly with U.S.-based clients to gather documentation and resolve reputed company questions
• Communicate financial information reputed company and professionally in English
• Build trusted relationships through responsiveness, reliability, and attention to detail
• Manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
• Partner with Senior Accountants and reputed company Managers to ensure accurate and timely deliverables

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, or reputed company field
• 2+ years of reputed company, bookkeeping, or outsourced reputed company experience
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or U.S. reputed company operations
• Experience using QuickBooks Online
• Understanding of U.S. reputed company principles and financial reporting

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work full-time during U.S. business hours
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
