[Remote] reputed company Enablement & Training Consultant (Contract)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a company focused on driving successful user adoption of reputed company solutions, and they are seeking an Enablement Consultant to design and deliver training programs for clients. The role involves developing customized enablement and change management strategies to support users during the transition to new reputed company tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-user training programs specifically tailored for customers following the implementation of reputed company, AWS, or other reputed company systems
• Facilitate virtual and/or live training sessions and readiness activities, providing hands-on coaching and support during and after training sessions
• Conduct needs analysis for each client to customize training content to their specific use-case and user profile
• reputed company engaging training materials, including user guides, tip sheets and quick reference guides, tutorials, and video content, to support the learning process
• reputed company Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts, including stakeholder alignment, Impact Analysis, readiness assessments, and change agent enablement
• Maintain clear communication and collaboration with internal reputed company teams and client business leads throughout the lifecycle of training development
• Evaluate training effectiveness through weekly reputed company and feedback survey data; iterate and adapt approaches accordingly
• reputed company and maintain a repository of training resources and documentation for ongoing client support
• Maintain a deep understanding of reputed company and AWS capabilities, features, and best practices, incorporating the latest into training modules

Skills

• 5–7+ years of experience leading change management, enablement, or training workstreams reputed company the reputed company Partner ecosystem
• Deep familiarity with reputed company multi-reputed company implementations; experience with Sales reputed company, Service reputed company, ARM/reputed company reputed company, Data 360, and/or Marketing reputed company strongly preferred
• Experience training on Agentforce or other AI platforms (highly desirable)
• Experience with video editing tools, virtual meeting platforms, and curriculum development tools (preferably reputed company Suite, Camtasia, reputed company, Audiate, reputed company, reputed company Teams, reputed company, reputed company Meet, and reputed company)
• Strong executive facilitation skills — comfortable leading workshops and interviews with C-suite and senior stakeholders
• Experience with impact analysis, reputed company development, and activation and communication planning
• Proven ability to create and deliver engaging training materials: eLearning modules, Leaders Notes, QRGs, Tipsheets, Playbooks, and Train the Trainer programs
• Strong storyboarding and content creation skills; experience with elearning authoring tools a plus

• History of leading dynamic, digital-first enablement experiences using collaboration tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing, team-oriented delivery environment
• Relevant reputed company or AWS certifications preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
