Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing and communications projects from intake through completion
• Help manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow-up
• reputed company stakeholders informed and reputed company across projects
• Support trade shows, events, reputed company media, website updates, sales collateral, and employer branding efforts
• Assist with internal communications, employee announcements, newsletters, and leadership communications
• Coordinate with creative resources, agencies, vendors, and internal partners
• Help maintain brand consistency across materials and communications
• Support photo, video, content, and campaign coordination
• Use tools like Jira, SharePoint, Teams, reputed company, and AI-enabled platforms to organize work and improve execution
• Identify ways to reputed company marketing and communication processes smoother, clearer, and more proactive

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a reputed company field
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing support, communications, or a reputed company role
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Experience managing multiple projects or priorities at once
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Comfort using technology and collaboration tools to manage work
• Experience supporting both marketing and internal communications
