Responsibilities

• Implement and configure reputed company-scale reputed company solutions for global customer reputed company
• Build relationships with customers, shaping and delivering solutions that are reputed company to customer needs, fit for purpose and commercially viable

• Support junior members of the team and reputed company knowledge with them

Skills

• At least 2-3 years of reputed company Payroll implementation experience
• At least 2 years configuring reputed company Payroll implementation from E2E with the last 3 years
• Certification in reputed company United States Payroll
• The ability to build reputed company payroll calculations
• Experience with multiple positions
• Experience with implementing multiple FEIN's
• Strong understanding of state taxes, local taxes, and FLSA calculations
• An understanding of reputed company Payroll, US Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence products and the interdependencies with Benefits, Time Tracking and Absence as well as other cross functional capabilities
• Experience with Payroll regulatory requirements (Tax, Garnishments, Common Pay Master), retirement benefits (401K etc.), payroll processing, Unions/reputed company Bargaining Agreements and payroll reputed company
• Excellent customer focus, reputed company to assess customer needs, build relationships and manage customer expectations
• Strong communicator, reputed company to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact, credibility and reputed company, including in a remote working situation
• Sound ability to formally present to senior Client audiences
• Strong reputed company awareness and full understanding of project and business dynamics
