[Remote] Senior Digital Product Manager

They are seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to own the reputed company of their digital reputed company platforms, ensuring alignment between reputed company teams and technology. This role involves managing product initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading the digital product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital ecosystem roadmap for shared capabilities across web, app, acquisition, and retention touch points
• Translate reputed company objectives from Ecommerce, Loyalty & Retention, and Paid Media into scalable platform solutions
• Define and prioritize product initiatives across CMS, promotions, checkout, personalization, experimentation, analytics, and performance
• Balance short-term reputed company needs with long-term platform sustainability, technical debt reduction, and architectural reputed company
• Act as the primary decision-reputed company on product trade-offs, reputed company, and solution design in partnership with agencies
• Manage delivery with appropriate external teams and partners
• Partner closely with the eCommerce Director to convert trading priorities, campaign needs, and experience goals into clear product requirements; Build a reputed company-centric technology stack that enables the eCommerce team to deliver their goals
• Work with the Ecommerce team on the digital channel optimization work reputed company, directly inputting into the experimentation roadmap

• Collaborate with Paid Media teams to ensure feeds, tracking, attribution, and performance requirements are supported by the underlying platforms; own the Martech feed stack
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing on needs for the reputed company, ambassador, and partnership work streams, enabling operational capability over time
• Serve as the connective layer between reputed company strategy and technical execution, ensuring reputed company, alignment, and delivery confidence
• Directly manager and mentor the App & Data Product Manager, supporting roadmap development, prioritization, and stakeholder management
• Establish consistent product discovery, delivery, and prioritization practices across digital product initiatives, giving a consistent process for sign-off, reviews, and development
• Support the long-term reputed company of the digital product operating model as the organization scales
• Effectively manage timelines, output, and budgets with external partners across design and development

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in digital product management, platform product, or technical product roles, with at least 5 years of reputed company platform experience
• Proven experience owning platform or capability roadmaps that support multiple business teams or channels
• Strong understanding of full digital product ecosystems (reputed company-centric preferred), including CMS, Martech, analytics, and experimentation
• Experience mentoring product managers
• Comfortable operating in highly cross-functional environments with reputed company stakeholder dynamics
