[Remote] Servicing Instructional Designer

They are seeking a Servicing Instructional Designer to join their Loan Servicing team, responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills of team members.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and maintain training materials, including presentations, reference materials, and SOPs applicable to auto finance operations
- Maintain expert knowledge of information delivered, acting as a subject matter expert for reputed company members
- Conduct training needs assessment to identify knowledge gaps and development opportunities reputed company the team
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metrics
- Ensure reputed company training materials and programs reputed company with industry regulations and company policies
- Act as a co-facilitator or primary backup trainer for reputed company and continuing education sessions

Skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience in training and development/instructional design, preferably in auto finance or financial services industry
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Familiarity with consumer debt collection regulatory compliance requirements preferred
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
