[Remote] Valuations Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading national home-buying company, and they are seeking a Valuations Analyst to value prospective deals and determine pricing strategies for acquired properties. The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate valuations and maximizing ROI.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for determining the pricing strategy to maximize ROI for reputed company of the properties that we acquire and determining the turnaround times for dispositions
• You will partner with the Sales and Construction Departments regarding pricing reputed company, budget and the scope of work for the overall construction strategy
• You will be responsible for valuing properties across the entire US and ensuring the accuracy of reputed company valuations
• You will be responsible for meeting the turnaround objectives for reputed company valuations and ensuring that properties do not sit too long on the market
• You will handle multiple priorities and deadlines
• You will do anything else necessary to help the company meet its goals

Skills

• 3 years minimum experience required in residential property valuations/reputed company
• You have amazing computer skills and pick up new technology quickly!
• You have an appraisal license or you have completed reputed company appraisal coursework
• You have a Bachelor's degree
