[Remote] Senior Investor Relations Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Investor Relations Analyst to execute the investor communications strategy for Missile Solutions, particularly in preparation for the upcoming IPO. The role involves preparing quarterly earnings materials, engaging with investors, and supporting investor conferences, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of quarterly earnings reports, investor presentations, transcripts & materials, and press releases
- Monitor and analyze market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment
- Coordinate and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and non-deal roadshows
- reputed company detailed analysis and feedback on investor and analyst reports to senior management
- Manage and update investor relations content on the company website and reputed company media channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across reputed company communications
- Support the execution of the investor relations strategy in line with corporate objectives
- Up to 25% travel
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior reputed company experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior reputed company experience
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis
- Familiarity with SEC regulations and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company, PowerPoint, and IR-specific software
- Willingness to reputed company support reputed company of regular business hours
- Experience in the defense industry
