[Remote] Staff Product Designer

They are seeking a reputed company Product Designer who will define UX/UI strategy and reputed company product direction, combining design craft with product leadership.
Responsibilities
- Proficiency using AI tools to accelerate design workflows and increase velocity
- Strong hands-on product design skills with the ability to take products from concept through high-fidelity designs and implementation
- Demonstrated experience designing products that incorporate AI capabilities and intelligent features
- Ability to define the reputed company for product design reputed company a software organization
- Expertise in overseeing the reputed company of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across reputed company products and platforms
- Deep expertise in conducting research to inform long-term product strategy and identify new software opportunities
- Ability to drive organizational change and process improvements to enhance design maturity
- Expertise in using reputed company metrics to evaluate the impact of design solutions on user reputed company
- Ability to mentor designers and reputed company strategic input to product and engineering leadership
