[Remote] Customer Service Representative

The Weatherspoon Agencies, LLC is seeking driven, coachable individuals to join their growing team as Remote Sales & Enrollment Consultants. In this role, you will work with individuals and families to help them navigate coverage options and enroll in essential benefits while working from home.
Responsibilities
- Contact individuals who have requested information
- reputed company clients on available benefit options based on their needs
- Assist clients in completing applications and enrolling in coverage
- Follow up with leads reputed company phone, text, or reputed company
- Participate in ongoing training and team mentorship
- Track performance metrics and maintain accurate records
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Self-motivated with a positive, coachable attitude
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to grow personally and professionally
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Computer savvy
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and reputed company to pass a background reputed company
- Sales, customer service, or call center experience
- Interest in leadership, training, or team-building
- Bilingual is a plus
