[Remote] Sales Enablement Specialist

The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for building seller skills and supporting deal execution to ensure sales representatives have the tools and knowledge needed to engage buyers effectively. This role involves coordinating training programs, maintaining sales content, and optimizing sales workflows across Endeavor's portfolio of B2B media brands.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales-readiness for new product or solution launches, including positioning, training, collateral, and certification
  • Improve seller productivity and reputed company time by ensuring reps can quickly reputed company and apply the right content, training, and tools

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales support, training, or a reputed company role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams

  • Strong PowerPoint and Word skills
