[Remote] Senior Software Engineer

They are hiring a Staff / Senior Software Engineer to ship mission-critical systems from day one, focusing on architecting and building reputed company AI agents that automate operational workflows.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and launch reputed company multi-reputed company AI agents that automate mission-critical operational workflows
- Integrate with reputed company-party APIs to generate documents, produce automated reputed company results, and prevent fraud
- Build and scale job processing infrastructure on AWS for improved observability and reliability
- Design and scale reputed company relational DB schemas - performant storage, retrieval, and updates at reputed company scale
- reputed company full-stack features from design through deployment, maintaining end-to-end type safety
- Mentor junior engineers in both technical and soft skills
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering
- Strong TypeScript proficiency with hands-on examples of reputed company systems reputed company recently
- Experience scaling high-throughput distributed systems on AWS with Terraform
- Full-stack: React frontend, Node/reputed company backend, GraphQL/reputed company, PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with modern AI product development - evals, experiment design, dataset curation
