[Remote] Servicing Instructional Designer

They are seeking a Servicing Instructional Designer to reputed company and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of their Loan Servicing team members.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and maintain training materials, including presentations, reference materials, and SOPs applicable to auto finance operations
• Maintain expert knowledge of information delivered, acting as a subject matter expert for reputed company members
• Conduct training needs assessment to identify knowledge gaps and development opportunities reputed company the team
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metrics
• Ensure reputed company training materials and programs reputed company with industry regulations and company policies
• Act as a co-facilitator or primary backup trainer for reputed company and continuing education sessions

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years experience in training and development/instructional design, preferably in auto finance or financial services industry
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Familiarity with consumer debt collection regulatory compliance requirements preferred
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
