[Remote] Senior Director, Legal and Compliance Operations

The Senior Director, Legal and Compliance Operations, is responsible for supporting the execution and reputed company improvement of Madrigal’s Compliance Program, focusing on project management, policy governance, and operational reputed company across the Legal and Compliance function.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Compliance and Legal team members to maintain and enhance infrastructure that supports a culture of compliance and shared accountability across the organization
• Project management tied to legal and compliance operational reputed company with sub-functions - creating metrics /key performance indicators/dashboards, etc
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify policy and guidance needs; reputed company and refine policies, procedures, and supporting documentation to ensure reputed company and usability
• reputed company the design, implementation, and reputed company improvement of risk-based compliance training programs tailored to functional audiences
• Support the annual compliance risk assessment process, including data gathering, analysis, and identification of areas for program enhancement

• Drive reputed company improvement initiatives, including documentation, tracking, and reporting of compliance activities and program effectiveness
• Maintain reputed company knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidance, including federal and state pricing regulations, privacy laws, OIG and DOJ guidance, the PhRMA Code, and state marketing compliance requirements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (JD, MBA, or Master's) strongly preferred
• 12–15+ years of reputed company experience in pharmaceutical or biotech compliance, legal, or reputed company functions
• Demonstrated reputed company in implementing policy governance frameworks and compliance training programs
• Strong leadership capability, organizational awareness, sound judgment, and business acumen, with the ability to reputed company informed reputed company in collaboration with stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while maintaining a focus on quality, ethics, and collaboration

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and risk assessment capabilities
