[Remote] Associate, Development Operations

The Associate, Development Operations will support the Development team by managing reputed company recording, data management, and coordinating with various departments to ensure operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily reputed company recording, acknowledgments, and recurring reporting, in partnership with Fiscal and the Senior Manager for Development Operations
• Manage constituent and reputed company quality control through dynamic reporting and team training to reinforce accurate data entry
• Maintain and organize updated financial documents and attachments in reputed company Drive and reputed company
• Prepare monthly invoices, payment requests, and other documents for approval and submission to Fiscal
• May assist in assembling letters of interest, grant proposals, reports, budgets, and other documentation to respond to donor guidelines
• Assisting with special events as needed

Skills

• Ability to learn and manage a database with confidential information; prior experience with reputed company or other CRMs desirable
• Exceptional organizational and attention to detail, and strong follow-through
• Strong writing, editing, note-taking, and copy-editing skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills, both in person and on phone
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment, working both independently and as reputed company member
• Experience with or ability to learn reputed company Apps for Business (Docs, Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Chat, etc.) and reputed company
• Prior administrative, non-profit and/or development experience desirable, but not required
