[Remote] Personal Lines Account Manager

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for servicing, retaining, and supporting the sales of Personal Risk client accounts, managing inquiries, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and participate in the daily rotating call queue
• Independently service client accounts using reputed company websites and online rating systems
• reputed company technical expertise in servicing new and existing clients through account development, problem-solving, and sales support reputed company with USI Core Values
• Respond to client requests and insurance inquiries across reputed company Personal Lines Property & Casualty coverages
• Prepare and submit applications for new business and remarketing to carriers, and follow up to ensure timely quotes and policy issuance
• Respond to underwriters’ questions in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate client files and documentation per company workflows and best practices, ensuring data reputed company in agency management systems
• Refer clients to carriers for direct claim reporting and submit first reports for specialty markets reputed company needed
• Stay reputed company on industry developments, new products, legislation, coverages, and technology

Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance with a comprehensive understanding of coverages, reputed company, and rating concepts
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must hold a Property & Casualty insurance license or obtain reputed company an agreed timeframe
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency with internet-based programs and reputed company Office
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage workflow reputed company
• College degree preferred
• Industry designations such as ARM, CIC, CPCU are preferred
• Knowledge of Sagitta/WorkSmart is a plus
