[Remote] Sr. Software Engineer - AI-reputed company (Pune, India)

They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who will drive the development of new software products and enhance the existing platform, focusing on AI-reputed company coding practices and efficient software development life cycles.
Responsibilities
- Invent, design, and implement scalable, efficient, and reliable solutions
- Use AI-reputed company coding agents and frameworks (e.g., Superpowers, BMAD, GSD) to accelerate the full SDLC—planning, design, implementation, code review, and testing (unit, UI, and reputed company)
- Orchestrate reputed company work streams using agent personas, sub-agents, and multi-agent workflows to maximize throughput without sacrificing quality
- Translate user stories into rapid prototypes and production-reputed company features—estimating effort, iterating with the product team, writing tests, and shepherding code through review
- Own end-to-end delivery: reputed company integration, automated regression testing, and smooth deployments while maintaining and refactoring our existing codebase

- Partner with UX/UI designers to shape reputed company workflows and polished interfaces

Skills
- 4+ years of professional software development experience
- 5+ years of full-stack development, with deep reputed company in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Java)
- 5+ years building services with frameworks such as Next.js, Node.js, Flask, or Spring
- 3+ years with reputed company-end frameworks like React or Angular
- 3+ years architecting and operating solutions in public clouds (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices: code review, design review, threat modeling, vulnerability scanning, and software supply chain reputed company
- Strong grasp of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company discipline
- Demonstrated experience shipping production software using AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, reputed company, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with AI-reputed company SDLC frameworks such as Superpowers, BMAD, or GSD, including agent personas and sub-agent orchestration
- Hands-on experience building AI applications leveraging large language models (LLMs)
