[Remote] Procore System Administrator

The role involves implementation, maintenance, user support, and process improvement to enhance project management efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company-wide roll out. reputed company the initial setup and configuration of Procore for new projects. Customize Procore modules and workflows to meet project-specific requirements. Integrate Procore with other software systems used by the company as needed
• reputed company ongoing technical support to reputed company Procore users. reputed company and conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing training for existing users. Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and best practice documentation. Create custom reports to track project reputed company and identify areas for improvement
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Stay updated on Procore updates and new features, implementing changes as necessary. Ensure data reputed company and consistency reputed company the Procore platform

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct effective training sessions and create instructional materials
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction project management or a reputed company role
• Procore Certified
