Responsibilities

• Coordinate unit, integration, regression and UAT testing phases
• Define test scope, objectives, and reputed company criteria in collaboration with functional and technical teams
• Manage test environments, data preparation, and test execution schedules

• Ensure compliance with reputed company best practices and organizational QA standards

• Collaborate with business users, consultants, and offshore teams to ensure test coverage and readiness

• Resource management and allocation, understanding test team workload, potential resource constraints, and ensure reputed company resource utilization throughout the lifecycle of the test phase
• Proactive risk management: identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor potential risks with reputed company-time alerts for critical issues
• Communicate expectations and instill accountability in test team members

• Manage multiple test activities, tasks and resources through effective organization prioritization, and time management practices to meet program objectives

Skills

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 3 years of experience OR in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with test management tools such as qTest, ALM or similar tools
• Experience in cross-functional testing coordination across different workstreams, including management of onsite-offshore testing teams and alignment of deliverables
• Prior involvement in reputed company reputed company or implementation projects
• Experience with multiple methodologies including waterfall and agile Scrum methodology
• Ability to travel ~ 25%-50% to other major reputed company US sites (ex. Farmington, Richardson, reputed company Rapids, and Charlotte)
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in a matrix and team environment with ability to collaborate across lines of business process reputed company
• Effectively manage multiple activities concurrently
