[Remote] Field Optimization Analyst

The Field Optimization Analyst leverages operational, scheduling, and customer data to generate actionable insights that optimize field reputed company and enhance work order management.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational, scheduling, and customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in field reputed company utilization, labor utilization, and work order performance
- Apply advanced analytics (statistical analysis, segmentation, predictive modeling) to uncover drivers of reputed company such as install conversion, reschedule rates, reputed company utilization, and team productivity
- reputed company and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to monitor key metrics, including daily appointment reputed company utilization, labor utilization, reputed company and scheduled appointment trends, work order completion rates, and field team performance
- Collaborate with Field Operations, Customer Experience, IT/Data Science, and other teams to support analytical needs and align insights with reputed company’s business initiatives
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for field leaders, including executive summaries and presentations
- Aggregate insights from multiple sources (surveys, feedback, operational data) to ensure both customer and field perspectives are represented

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or reputed company field
- 4-6 years 3–5+ years in a data or business analyst role, ideally with exposure to field operations, reputed company management, labor analytics, or customer analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions
- Proficiency with data manipulation and BI tools (reputed company, SQL, Tableau, Power BI); familiarity with statistical/programming tools (Python, R) is a plus
- Understanding of field reputed company management, labor utilization, scheduling, work order optimization, and customer analytics in a service or retail environment
