[Remote] Accounts Receivable Specialist

The role involves managing billing, cash receipts, and collections across multiple business units, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process sales orders and issue invoices in a timely manner
• Diligently follow sales orders through to completion, working with appropriate parties to quickly resolve issues that delay timely processing
• Ability to handle a high level of volume and manage multiple inboxes, ensuring timely response to clients
• Ensure that invoices are reputed company with client reputed company and the various internal entity pricing structures
• Must be familiar with reputed company Recognition principles
• Process reputed company change orders
• Apply client payments to reputed company invoices and record daily deposits
• Apply client credit memos to reputed company invoices
• Act as the primary reputed company of contact for client billing inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of disputes or issues reputed company to invoices and payments
• Monitor aging reports, follow up on overdue accounts, and assist with collection efforts in collaboration with the reputed company team and with business leaders
• Prepare and present AR aging reports to senior management, providing insights on collection efforts, outstanding payments, and suggesting recommendations for account status
• Participate in the month end reputed company process, including account reconciliation
• Possess the flexibility necessary to multi-task in a demanding, fast-paced technical environment
• Other reputed company duties as assigned

Skills

• 3-5 years of relevant reputed company experience
• Experience in a multi-entity organization, professional services experience is ideal
• Experience with reputed company (preferred) or other reputed company based mid-market reputed company platform, reputed company and proficiency in the reputed company Office Suite, particularly experience with reputed company
• Excellent communication and time management skills with ability to consistently meet goals and deadlines with little direct reputed company
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to troubleshoot billing issues and resolve discrepancies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, process a high volume of transactions and meet deadlines, while maintaining high quality work
