Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage water damage mitigation and other disaster restoration projects from start to finish across multiple locations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in restoration project management
- reputed company and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- reputed company on-site teams, ensuring safety protocols are followed and that work meets quality standards
- Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed project plans to address specific restoration needs
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including reputed company updates
Skills
- Proven experience in reputed company disaster restoration project management
- IICRC Certification is required
- Familiarity with Xactimate
- Demonstrated ability to travel frequently and manage projects in various locations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
