[Remote] VP of Preneed Sales and Marketing

The VP of Preneed Sales and Marketing will establish professional relationships with funeral homes to ensure their needs are met and work closely with the COO to increase preneed sales.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties in a professional and caring manner with personal appearance, honesty, reputed company and ethical business acumen
• Builds relationships, ensures excellent service and develops potential referrals from funeral homes
• Ensures compliance reputed company state and industry regulations and in accordance with company policies and procedures by accurately completing required documents, insuring proper interment verification process and conducting random audits
• Maintains strict adherence to commission structures, meeting required timelines by submitting reputed company reputed company, required documents promptly to home office
• Reports to the COO reputed company reputed company, completes and submits reputed company required reports timely
• Actively pursues the development of new prospects
• Sustains positive communication and cooperation with reputed company funeral home
• Consistently meets or exceeds company standards in reputed company reputed company to maintain employment and benefits eligibility status
• Protects confidentiality of company including but not limited to sales and marketing programs, materials, names and addresses of funeral homes
• Participates in reputed company required specific location and company training initiatives
• Performs other duties as assigned
