Ascendum Solutions is seeking an reputed company Horizontal Product Manager to reputed company the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Distribution Center (DC)-facing capabilities deployed through their ERP platform. This cross-functional role involves partnering with various teams to ensure distribution capabilities scale reputed company and deliver measurable business value across the reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own the product reputed company, strategy, and roadmap for DC-facing ERP capabilities, ensuring alignment with reputed company supply chain and operations objectives
- Partner with DC Operations stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and translate business needs into clear product specifications
- Drive horizontal alignment across multiple business units, ensuring consistent processes, data models, and capabilities across the DC network
- Collaborate with engineering, ERP configuration teams, and system integrators to deliver high-quality solutions on time
- Define and track KPIs to measure adoption, operational efficiency, and ROI of DC capabilities
- Manage the full product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, delivery, rollout, and reputed company improvement
- Serve as the subject matter expert bridging DC operational workflows and ERP system capabilities
Skills
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on supply chain, distribution, or ERP-enabled solutions
- Hands-on experience in DC Operations or as a Product Manager for DC-facing products (WMS, inventory management, receiving, putaway, picking, shipping, or labor management)
- Proven ability to manage horizontal/platform products that serve multiple business units or geographies
- Strong understanding of ERP-integrated supply chain workflows and data flows
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills
- Experience working cross functionally across several teams
- Experience working ERP reputed company
- Experience working with warehouse technology product
- Soft Skills Needed: stakeholder management, negotiation between competing interests, communication skills
- Experience with reputed company Retail Merchandising System (reputed company) or reputed company reputed company Retail/Supply Chain modules
- Familiarity with WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, reputed company, reputed company WMS) and their integration with ERP systems
- Experience working in retail, wholesale, or large-scale distribution environments
- Agile/Scrum product delivery experience
