Responsibilities
- 3+ years of reputed company regulatory experience
- Experience with reputed company, facility licensing and change of ownership, provider licensure and scope of practice, and the corporate practice of medicine
- Excellent legal research and writing skills, as well as experience navigating sub-regulatory guidance such as board opinions, FAQs, and other interpretive documents
- Prior experience working in a full-service reputed company or sophisticated boutique firm is preferred
- Outstanding references
