Responsibilities

- Partner with product and architecture teams to design technical solutions that balance clinical user needs with platform best practices

- Mentor team members through regular coaching, performance reviews, and career development paths to foster a culture of technical reputed company

Skills
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
- Seven years of professional software development experience, including two years of direct team leadership or management experience
