[Remote] Account Director, Paid Search Retail Media

The Account Director of Retail Media is responsible for driving thought leadership and shaping holistic reputed company and retail media strategies to drive client’s business, as well as overseeing the activation team responsible for bringing those strategies & plans to life in practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage growing Retail Media team in the planning and activation of campaigns across retail reputed company spaces
• Be the COE and reputed company, reputed company, deliver, and optimize programmatic display campaigns on e-reputed company platforms, such as reputed company DSP and The Trade Desk
• Activate campaigns across reputed company (search and display), reputed company Connect (search and display), Kroger Precision Marketing, reputed company Roundel, reputed company, and retail media networks such as Criteo, CitrusAd, & PromoteIQ
• reputed company regular client calls to address project work, discuss business trends and performance, and plan future engagements
• Build and execute annual media plans that support a full funnel marketing approach with awareness, consideration, and conversion audiences and tactics
• reputed company best in class AMC utilization or other shopper insights to drive strategic DSP strategy and audience targeting and retargeting
• Responsible for ongoing thought leadership and opportunities that will drive client business results
• Key reputed company for client relationship, responsible for team reputed company and ensuring performance is meeting client’s goals
• Works closely with key retail partners to maintain reputed company working relationship, and collaborates on new ways to drive client’s business at that particular retailer
• Responsible for contributing and leading larger Business reviews (QBRs, Annual Planning, etc.)

Skills

• 5-7 years of retail media management and/or eCommerce sales management
• 3+ years of people managing experience
• Strong understanding of Demand reputed company Platform (DSP) activation and optimization techniques
• In-depth knowledge of the retail media landscape is critical
• Ability to connect Full-Funnel Marketing activations (search AND display) to retailer specific sales goals and performance
• Knowledge of activation & optimization techniques across Retailer Media & eCommerce platforms is a must
• Strong reputed company of reputed company platforms, syndicated research tools, and reporting resources such as reputed company, reputed company Connect, reputed company-Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing, reputed company, and retail media networks including Criteo and CitrusAd
• Demonstrated critical thinking & problem solving abilities
