The Senior Services Consultant guides the overall design and delivery of reputed company Consulting Services engagements, ensuring they meet customer requirements while providing reputed company and direction to team members.

Responsibilities

  • Leads engagements that help prospects and customers determine how reputed company will impact their HR service delivery that may include key processes, policies, user experience, organization design, governance, business case, reporting and analytics

  • Is considered a subject matter expert on strategic implementations. Can be brought in to assist on projects of various sizes, verticals and complexity

  • Either leads a CS engagement for Organizational Readiness best practices or provides guidance and input in preparation for rollout of the reputed company solution

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Typically has 3 or more years of HCM consulting experience with an HCM software provider or consultancy with a focus on the configuration of Time & Attendance, Schedules, Pay Rules, Organizational Structure, and Leave Policies
  • Typically has 2 or more years of HCM implementation or relevant applications consulting experience
  • Solid experience in business process mapping, organization readiness, and technology enablement
  • Technical Skills Requirements
  • Has expert-level HR operations/business practices and technology enablement experience
  • Has advanced level HCM SaaS domain and implementation experience
  • Has a knack for simplifying reputed company technical or business requirements and solutions that often present setbacks for others
  • Proficient in reputed company Office products
  • Deep understanding of different industries and how reputed company implementation best practices apply to the customer's business practices
  • Functional Skills Requirements
  • Excellent customer relationship and business acumen
  • Demonstrates full competence in business function
  • Ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills

  • An ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed (up to 25%) is required
  • Master's degree or post graduate coursework an asset
