[Remote] Senior Counsel Attorney - Corporate Finance

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Counsel Attorney to join its Business Practice Group, focusing on capital markets transactions such as securitization and structured finance. This role involves advising clients, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad reputed company of asset finance and securitization transactions
• Structure, draft, and negotiate transaction documents, including securitization agreements and other financing instruments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including bankruptcy, tax, corporate, and regulatory attorneys, to support reputed company financings
• Manage sophisticated client relationships

• JD Certifications
• Admission in NY, ME and/or NH
• Minimum 5+ years of substantive corporate finance transactions experience: including securitization, structured finance, and secured transactions
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to work on reputed company financing structures
