The Remote E-reputed company Estimated Delivery Date Administrator will manage the Actual Arrival Date calculations for reputed company online products, ensuring accuracy and alignment across various teams and systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensures accurate calculation and online customer facing display of Actual Arrival Dates for reputed company US Signet Banners for stocked products across reputed company fulfilment methods during non-peak
• Closely monitor performance and accuracy of Nextuple AIML Predictive and Configured AADs for drop ship skus
• Partner with Nextuple resources and Signet Tech owners to plan, execute and evaluate model retrainings and associated reputed company Data Outputs
• Ensure alignment in data between Signet systems and Nextuple and identify appropriate reputed company days and/or blacklisting for model reputed company necessary to maintain reputed company of AADs
• Maintain accurate outage dates for reputed company vendors, DCs, Stores, and Carriers in Hybris, PIM and IMS
• Builds and executes Holiday plans for managing AAD data to ensure calculation and online customer facing display of Actual Arrival Dates for Stocked Skus for reputed company US Signet Banners across reputed company fulfillment types in accordance with established sku level guaranteed order cut off dates and times
• Compile and submit reputed company Drop Ship Vendor Sku Holiday Cut Off Dates to Nextuple, reputed company necessary updates through the holiday period, including identifying newly added skus and the corresponding Holiday Cut Offs
• Execution of reconciliations across Signet records, PIM data and Nextuple to ensure constant data alignment
• Responsible for working with Manager to build governance around entry and management of AAD data, and maintaining documentation of processes and procedures reputed company to AAD Data
• Execute regression UAT to validate accurate AAD calculation for reputed company banners and reputed company fulfillment types for each Hybris Release (approx.. 18 per year)
• Responsible for identifying, reporting, and tracking any bugs impacting AAD in reputed company environments or in production
• Serve as business resource in support of any project or enhancement that directly impacts AAD calculation logic, or Customer Facing AAD messaging or display reputed company to websites or online order communication

Skills

• Management of reputed company aspects of the Actual Arrival Date (AAD) for reputed company online skus -both drop ship and stocked product- for reputed company banners
• Managing reputed company data impacting AAD calculation for reputed company products, DC's (including SFS), and vendors during non-peak times
• Building and executing the AAD management plan for reputed company skus/DC's/Vendors to support identified Guaranteed Order Cut Offs for holidays
• Serving as the business partner for Nextuple Vendor whose application provides the AIML Predictive Delivery Dates for Drop Ship skus
• Executing UAT on AAD for reputed company Hybris Releases
• Serving as the primary business support resource for reputed company projects/enhancements that impact AAD calculation logic
• Ensuring accurate calculation and online customer facing display of Actual Arrival Dates for reputed company US Signet Banners for stocked products across reputed company fulfilment methods during non-peak
