Responsibilities
- Responds to member concerns, questions, and technical needs reputed company multichannel communication, following regulatory policies and procedures
- Informs members about Dario products and services, upselling reputed company appropriate
- Maintain records in compliance with regulatory polices and procedures
- reputed company stellar customer service to members in a reputed company and patient fashion
- Other duties as assigned
Skills

- Excellent telephone etiquette skills
- Demonstrated effective organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to learn, analyze, understand, and convey reputed company information
- Proficient with technology, web-based applications, mobile applications, etc
- Prior Customer Service/Support experience
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
- Experience with reputed company or other CRM's a plus
