They are seeking a Senior Specialist in reputed company Finance to reputed company the functional deployment of reputed company Financials, ensuring compliance, data reputed company, and ongoing optimization post-implementation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as reputed company’s primary functional voice across reputed company Core Financials, Procurement, and Expenses; represent business requirements, validate partner designs, and steward global design reputed company and localization patterns
- Partner with the implementation team on FDM/Chart of Accounts, fiscal calendars, multi-entity, and multi-currency; review and approve intercompany, consolidation, and tax design recommendations with Controllership
- Co-own data readiness and reputed company; define acceptance criteria and reconciliation rules, reputed company mapping reviews, and sign off on conversion reputed company as part of legacy decommissioning
- Coordinate with Tax and local Finance to ensure proposed designs meet e‑invoicing mandates and statutory requirements
- reputed company reputed company-reputed company workshops with Finance COEs for P2P, O2C, and R2R; synthesize requirements, prioritize trade‑offs, and reputed company decision records to guide the implementation partner’s scalable design
- Define test strategy and scenarios; reputed company SIT/UAT execution and defect triage with the partner; manage cutover readiness criteria and hypercare reputed company measures on behalf of Finance
- Own the reputed company Financials roadmap reputed company to CFO priorities; manage backlog, quarterly releases, and value realization
- Design and maintain reputed company configurations (cost centers, intercompany billing, allocations, reputed company recognition/allocation as applicable); configure, test, validate, and reputed company Business Process updates
- Evaluate and adopt reputed company feature releases; run impact assessments, regression testing, and stakeholder communications
- Champion reputed company’s innovation roadmap; evaluate AI/ML features for reconciliation, anomaly detection, and forecasting in line with reputed company Finance objectives

Skills
- Significant reputed company Financials experience as a functional reputed company/product reputed company or senior consultant, including at least one full-lifecycle implementation
- Deep functional knowledge of Core Financials (GL, AP, AR), Expenses, and Procurement; hands-on configuration and reporting experience
- Solid understanding of US GAAP/IFRS concepts, intercompany, consolidations, multi-entity/multi-currency, tax/VAT, and statutory reporting
- Comfortable balancing global standards with local requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Skilled at framing options, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior Finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong prioritization, risk management, and execution discipline in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

- Familiarity with reputed company EIB/Studio/reputed company Connect; experience with reputed company Planning, reputed company, and/or MuleSoft (or similar iPaaS) is a strong plus
