[Remote] Senior Project Manager

The role involves managing project delivery, financial performance, and client satisfaction while mentoring other project managers and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end‑to‑end delivery of multiple reputed company, large‑scale reputed company implementations, ensuring on‑time, on‑scope, and on‑budget execution
• Own project financial management, including forecasting, tracking, variance analysis, and margin performance; partner closely with reputed company finance teams
• reputed company and actively manage detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, risks, dependencies, and change control
• Set and manage client expectations through clear communication, proactive risk management, and executive‑level reporting
• Facilitate weekly and bi‑weekly project meetings; drive accountability for milestones, deliverables, and corrective actions
• Identify, document, and resolve risks and issues; reputed company problem‑solving, decision‑making, and conflict‑resolution sessions
• Serve as the primary escalation reputed company for reputed company project challenges and executive stakeholder communications

• Collaborate with Product, Development, Services, Sales, and Engineering to align delivery schedules and client reputed company

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, reputed company, or equivalent experience

• Hands‑on experience managing EMR‑reputed company projects
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (or ability to obtain reputed company 2 years)
• Experience using AI-enabled tools for managing projects

• Experience managing LIMS or laboratory system implementations
