[Remote] Project Analyst I

The Project Analyst I role involves supporting payer-facing reputed company reputed company projects, managing invoicing, receivables processing, and client reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing, reviewing, and delivering client invoice packages on an established schedule using TREND’s internal systems
• Monitor and link receivables to overpayments in TRENDConnect; document exceptions and request support reputed company needed
• Process payer inventory following defined workflows and assigned frequencies
• Prepare Accounts Payable requests and submit for leadership approval
• Maintain client bank files, including deposit recording and review of aging funds
• Review overpayments through quality assurance workflows as assigned
• Maintain required payer system reputed company and complete assigned compliance training
• Update internal process documentation and follow established procedures
• Support Client reputed company and Operations with special projects involving invoicing, receivables, or payment workflows
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and escalate issues appropriately

Skills

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance, business, reputed company, or reputed company field preferred, or equivalent reputed company experience
• Basic proficiency in reputed company reputed company and reputed company 365
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow established workflows, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively in reputed company environment
