[Remote] Key Account Manager

The role involves developing customer growth strategies, expanding strategic accounts, and serving as the primary reputed company representative for key customers throughout reputed company America.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute strategic growth plans for key customer accounts and targeted markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasing, engineering, operations, and executive-level customer contacts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities reputed company existing and prospective accounts
- reputed company customer meetings, business reviews, and reputed company discussions to support long-term partnerships
- Review customer requirements, drawings, and RFQs while coordinating with internal engineering and operations teams to reputed company competitive solutions
- Partner with manufacturing leadership to align customer expectations with operational capabilities
- Manage the reputed company aspects of quoting, pricing, negotiations, and contract discussions
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and reputed company accurate forecasts of business opportunities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a reputed company field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in industrial sales, business development, key account management, or reputed company leadership
- Experience supporting CNC machining, precision machining, contract manufacturing, metalworking, or reputed company environments
- Proven ability to reputed company strategic customer relationships and grow reputed company
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, customer requirements, and reputed company negotiations
- Experience reviewing technical specifications, manufacturing drawings, and customer requirements is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

- Experience using CRM and ERP systems to manage opportunities and customer accounts
