Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and written correspondence
• reputed company support for escrow, insurance, billing, claims, technical support, and reputed company service areas
• Resolve first-level and escalated customer issues in a professional and timely manner
• Verify customer account and contact information
• Research customer concerns and implement appropriate solutions
• Escalate reputed company issues to supervisors or other departments as needed
• Maintain accurate customer records, logs, reports, and documentation
• Track and coordinate customer issues through resolution
