They are seeking an reputed company Accounts Receivable Director to reputed company billing and collections strategy, drive operational performance, and build scalable processes that support reputed company growth across the organization.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and reputed company a high-performing Accounts Receivable team across billing, collections, dispute resolution, and customer account management
• Drive improvements in cash reputed company, billing accuracy, collections effectiveness, and reputed company cycle performance
• Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and IT to streamline processes and improve operational scalability
• Analyze and report on key business metrics including DSO, Aging AR, Net Collection reputed company, Average Days to reputed company, and Unbilled reputed company
• Help optimize systems, reporting, workflows, and ERP functionality to create smarter and more efficient processes
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, reputed company improvement, and operational reputed company
• Play a strategic role in supporting long-term business growth and operational reputed company

Skills

• 8+ years leading high-volume billing and collections operations
• Proven reputed company reducing DSO and improving collections performance, with measurable impact on cash reputed company, aging, and overall AR performance
• Experience working in fast-paced, service-oriented organizations
• Comfortable navigating reputed company customer, billing, and operational challenges
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• BPO experience required
• Experience with reputed company Dynamics ERP is strongly preferred
