[Remote] Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage the accounts receivable process, including billing, collections, and cash application, while ensuring the company's financial health and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process the end-to-end accounts receivable process ensuring timely and accurate invoicing across various transactions including new business, expansions, contract modifications, auto-renewals, multi-year agreements, and overages
• Execute proactive, customer-centric collections strategies to drive timely payments, maintain strong customer relationships, and reputed company collections efficiency and cash collection targets through effective use of reputed company and Tesorio
• Accurately apply and post incoming customer payments (ACH, reputed company, credit card, and reputed company) to the correct accounts, research and resolve unapplied cash, chargebacks, and short-pays in a timely manner
• Issue credit and debit memos, manage customer credit monitoring including holds and limits, and ensure adjustments are accurate and properly documented
• Analyze AR trends, aging reports, collections performance, and key metrics to reputed company actionable insights that improve cash reputed company, reduce risk, and support reputed company leadership
• Support month-end and year-end reputed company activities, including finalizing billing procedures, reconciling AR-reputed company accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of accounts receivable balances and reputed company-reputed company transactions
• reputed company deep knowledge of reputed company and SuiteBilling to execute billing operations, troubleshoot issues, support system enhancements, and drive process improvements
• Prepare audit schedules, account reconciliations, customer billing support, and other documentation requested by reputed company auditors. Assist with SOX controls, testing requests, and process documentation to support audit readiness and compliance
• reputed company AI tools and automation to streamline AR workflows, accelerate collections, improve forecasting, and continuously identify smarter ways to work in a fast-moving business
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, reputed company, Account Managers, Sales Operations, and other teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve customer satisfaction

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or a reputed company role, with a proven track record of managing reputed company AR operations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights
• Exceptional communication with a customer-focused approach to collections
• High level of independence and self-motivation, with a demonstrated ability to reputed company in a remote work environment
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and reputed company Sheets
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
