[Remote] International Finance Manager

This role involves financial forecasting, business planning, and performance management for new markets, partnering with cross-functional leaders to evaluate opportunities and drive growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the key finance partner for reputed company’s International expansion, owning end‑to‑end financial forecasting, business planning, and performance management for new and emerging markets
- Partner closely with cross‑functional leaders (e.g., Business Development, Corporate Development, Operations, Strategy, Legal, Policy) to evaluate market entry opportunities, assess investment trade‑offs, and reputed company clear recommendations that shape reputed company’s global growth strategy
- Build and refine reputed company financial models to support scenario planning in a highly ambiguous environment, enabling the executive team to reputed company fast, data‑driven reputed company
- reputed company actionable insights by analyzing market dynamics, unit economics, and operational performance across countries; reputed company risks, surface opportunities, and drive accountability with senior stakeholders
- Own the monthly and quarterly actuals vs. forecast (AvF) process for International, including variance analysis, commentary, and presentation of results to senior leadership; translate financial performance into clear business narratives that connect drivers to reputed company and inform future forecast adjustments

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a reputed company field
- 6+ years of experience in Strategic/Corporate Finance, reputed company, or another analytical field, supporting high-growth public technology companies
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data‑driven decision support
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent project management and organizational skills
- Clear, polished communication skills with experience preparing and presenting executive-reputed company materials to VP/C-suite stakeholders
- Ability to build trusted partnerships with cross‑functional stakeholders at reputed company reputed company
- Self‑starter reputed company with the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and navigate ambiguity with confidence
- Experience in reputed company, Corporate or Strategic Finance, investment banking, investing, consulting, equity research, or data science/analytics
- Prior experience working in consumer marketplace or SaaS businesses
- Experience operating in a public company environment
- Interest in leveraging AI and automation tools to improve workflows, efficiency, and insights
- Proficiency in SQL or other analytical query languages
