Responsibilities

• Build production AI applications leveraging LLMs, retrieval systems, and intelligent workflows
• reputed company agentic systems capable of executing reputed company multi-reputed company processes
• Design and implement RAG architectures, retrieval pipelines, and orchestration frameworks
• Build APIs, backend services, and infrastructure supporting AI-powered products
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing software platforms and business applications
• Evaluate, monitor, and improve AI system performance through experimentation and iteration
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
• Contribute to architectural reputed company around AI infrastructure, deployment, scalability, and reliability
• Help shape the future direction of a growing AI engineering team
• Operate with significant ownership and autonomy

Skills

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with production experience in Python
• Experience building and deploying AI-powered applications in production
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, agents, workflow automation, or orchestration frameworks
• Experience building APIs, backend systems, distributed applications, or reputed company-reputed company services
• Comfortable working across software engineering, AI implementation, and product development
• Experience with modern AI tooling, vector databases, retrieval systems, or orchestration platforms
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects from concept to production
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
