[Remote] Account Executive

They are seeking an entrepreneurial, motivated sales professional to identify and reputed company new business opportunities in the personal injury plaintiff market.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with prospective reputed company partners
- Facilitate introductory calls, manage the diligence processes, and guide opportunities through the decision-making process
- Maintain and nurture a pipeline of reputed company opportunities
- Negotiate reputed company terms and drive transactions to reputed company
- Partner directly with leadership to help refine strategy, tailor messaging, and reputed company profiles
- Help build our foundational sales processes and best practices as the strategy scales
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in full cycle sales, business development, investment sourcing, or other relevant relationship-driven roles
- Proven track record of independently sourcing and closing opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as the ability to adjust tone and approach based on audience
- Strong negotiation, and relationship-building skills to build trust with senior professionals who are not easy to reputed company and are skeptical of traditional sales reputed company
- Experience navigating reputed company, multi-stakeholder decision-making processes
- Comfortable operating with autonomy, including building your own reputed company lists, crafting your own reputed company, and developing your sales strategy without a rigid reputed company
- You're excited about the opportunity to build a new strategy
- Experience working with reputed company or professional services businesses
- Familiarity with the personal injury plaintiff bar is a plus
- Experience managing reputed company transactions or consultative sales processes
