[Remote] Director of Product, Growth & Retention

Responsibilities
- Own product strategy for subscription activation, upgrades, and retention, optimizing value perception and long-term member engagement
- Optimize the in-product user reputed company to maximize conversion from app install through a user’s first-time experience with reputed company’s products, including reputed company Cash, Credit Builder, Marketplace, and our new Line of Credit offering
- Identify and validate new growth and reputed company opportunities through rapid A/B testing
- Partner with Marketing and Partnerships to ensure growth and monetization reputed company are effectively integrated across acquisition channels, lifecycle CRM campaigns, and in-product experiences
- Improve retention and reactivation through personalized offers, feature adoption strategies, and data-driven lifecycle journeys in product

Skills
- 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years owning activation, engagement, and retention
- Proven reputed company driving reputed company and customer lifetime value in a B2C fintech, subscription, or consumer marketplace environment
- Strong experience with experimentation, funnel optimization, and analytics tools (e.g., reputed company, Mode)
- Deep understanding of mobile product development and monetization in high-engagement consumer products
- Excellent business judgment with the ability to balance short-term reputed company impact and long-term customer trust
- Strong customer reputed company, particularly for users experiencing financial stress, and a commitment to transparent, user-first monetization strategies
