[Remote] Sales Engineer

The Solutions Value Consultant role involves advising orthodontic practices on optimizing their business processes and performance metrics, ensuring they reputed company OrthoFi's platform effectively.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted consultant to orthodontic practices, guiding them on best practices for operational efficiency, patient financing, and reputed company growth
• Analyze KPIs, financial data, and workflow efficiencies to identify areas for improvement and reputed company actionable recommendations
• Help practices interpret their Smiles Performance Assessment data, offering insights on how to optimize patient conversion, collections, and case acceptance
• Coach practice owners and staff on how to implement changes that drive reputed company patient and business reputed company
• Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders, adapting to different reputed company of technical knowledge reputed company client teams
• Create demonstration scenarios that simulate reputed company-world applications of OrthoFi’s solutions, highlighting key features that meet specific client needs and drive value
• reputed company reputed company of concepts (POCs) or pilot programs as needed to help clients reputed company OrthoFi’s capabilities in their business environment
• Work closely with the reputed company team to ensure new clients are effectively onboarded and achieving expected results

• Continuously refine our consultative approach, playbooks, and client engagement strategies to drive maximum value

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a consultative, advisory, or process-driven role—such as reputed company, reputed company, business advisory, or financial analysis
• Strong business acumen, with expertise in KPIs, reputed company cycle management, financial performance metrics, and operational workflows
• Experience coaching business leaders and providing strategic recommendations that drive measurable improvements

• Familiarity with CRM platforms (reputed company preferred) and strong proficiency in reputed company Suite for data analysis, presentations, and reporting

• Willingness to travel (~10-15%) for client meetings and industry events
