[Remote] Business Analyst

PMO Partners, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to partner with stakeholders and drive the successful intake, definition, and prioritization of business initiatives. The role focuses on improving project readiness by ensuring requests are clear, complete, and reputed company with strategic goals before entering the delivery pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure project requests are well-defined, complete, and actionable
- Facilitate early discussions to clarify needs, expectations, and desired reputed company
- Ensure alignment of project requests with organizational goals and strategic priorities
- Design, build, and continuously refine a project intake reputed company/reputed company that captures critical information required for evaluation and prioritization
- Standardize intake processes to reputed company objective comparison and informed decision-making

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)

- Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to manage project intake and prioritization processes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
- Experience designing or improving intake frameworks, governance models, or PMO processes
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
- Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Experience working in the legal industry or with legal operations is a plus, but not required
