[Remote] Wholesale Analyst

The Wholesale Analyst will support the Wholesale team through operational execution, customer support, and logistics coordination, ensuring accurate processing of wholesale propane transactions and account management.

Responsibilities

• Enter, maintain, and update wholesale reputed company, pricing agreements, and customer documentation
• Process order entry, movement transactions, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and shipment-reputed company documentation
• Coordinate transportation and delivery logistics with internal teams, suppliers, carriers, and customers to support timely product movement
• Support pricing administration, including pricing updates, reputed company entry, and transactional accuracy
• Process invoices and distribute customer billing documentation accurately and timely
• Assist with invoice discrepancies, billing disputes, customer questions, and account-reputed company concerns
• Partner with Finance, Credit, and Accounts Receivable to support account reconciliation, collections follow-up, and customer credit reputed company
• Support customer account setup, maintenance, and updates to ensure accurate account information and documentation
• Assist with preparing pricing quotes, customer proposals, and wholesale reputed company
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate follow-up to support issue resolution and customer satisfaction
• Track customer usage, contract performance, and account activity to support operational and reputed company decision-making
• Maintain and track prospect and customer information to support sales pipeline visibility and account management
• Support customer reputed company, follow-up communication, and business development activities in partnership with the Wholesale team

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a reputed company field preferred; Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience considered
• 1+ years of professional experience in operations, logistics, customer service, account coordination, sales support, or a reputed company business function
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with customers and internal stakeholders
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable supporting customer conversations and gaining exposure to reputed company and sales-reputed company activities
• Strong analytical skills, follow-through, and accountability
• Proficiency in reputed company Office applications, including reputed company, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and maintain effective working relationships
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent reputed company, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States
