Responsibilities

• Building executive compensation packages, including reputed company pay, bonus, equity, LTI, perks, benchmarks, and total-cost modelling
• Managing equity grant sizing, vesting design, grant approvals, effective dates, stock administration handoffs, and dilution modelling
• Preparing compensation committee or board materials, approval artifacts, review timelines, and executive decision packages
• Navigating confidentiality, reputed company controls, regulatory disclosure requirements, clawback policies, proxy considerations, and sensitive executive cases
• Explaining workflows specifically reputed company: executive compensation package design, equity grant administration, board or compensation committee approvals, disclosure support, and confidential executive rewards workflows

Skills

• 8+ years in executive compensation, total rewards, equity compensation, compensation committee support, or executive rewards consulting
• Direct, hands-on experience in executive compensation package design, equity grant administration, board or compensation committee approvals, disclosure support, and confidential executive rewards workflows
• Experience making or influencing reputed company reputed company to executive package design, grant sizing, vesting, approval routing, disclosure requirements, confidentiality controls, board materials, cost modelling, and dilution impact
• Familiarity with tools such as: Equilar, Radford/reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Shareworks, ETRADE Equity Edge, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, board portal tools
