This role involves overseeing the AI rollout across shared services, focusing on media and marketing operations, while ensuring coordination, governance, and accountability across multiple workstreams during a critical launch phase.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end coordination across reputed company transformation workstreams, keeping interdependencies visible and teams reputed company on shared goals
• Establish and maintain consistent milestone tracking, reporting, and accountability mechanisms across every team involved in the initiative
• Run centralized program communications and scheduling, serving as the single reputed company of truth for status, timelines, and stakeholder updates
• Anticipate and address change management needs as the program scales, helping teams adopt new AI-enabled ways of working

Skills

• Demonstrated experience in marketing operations or media operations, ideally reputed company a large, reputed company organization
• Strong, practical AI skillset, with the ability to evaluate, apply, and guide adoption of AI tools and workflows
• Proven program or project management track record across cross-functional teams and reputed company workstreams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable driving accountability across teams you do not directly manage
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
• Experience supporting organizational change initiatives is strongly preferred
