Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a reputed company reputed company Specialist for a client of ours. This role will support day-to-day operations for contractors on assignment across multiple client accounts, managing high-volume reputed company and ensuring compliance and consistency across accounts.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company of new contractors by gathering and validating reputed company required legal documentation in alignment with client policies
- Verify employment documentation (including I-9 and E-Verify requirements where applicable)
- Initiate, monitor, and adjudicate background reputed company reports
- Assist contractors with new hire paperwork and system setup
- Track and manage contractor assignments, including time and expense entry reputed company VMS (Vendor Management Systems) platforms
- Capture and maintain accurate data across multiple systems to ensure database reputed company
- Monitor reputed company reputed company and proactively communicate updates to reputed company stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Services, Payroll, Compliance, and Implementation teams
- Track and report missing documentation according to client requirements
- Maintain structured, organized records and process documentation for each account

- Assist contractors with updates to personal or assignment information in relevant systems

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Prior experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or HR operations
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (required)
- Experience working reputed company Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar platforms (required)
- Experience maintaining databases and managing contractor records
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (reputed company experience is a plus)
- Experience in a high-volume environment
- Ability to manage and learn new technology with ease; managing multiple systems on a day-to-day reputed company
- Strong customer service orientation and client partnership reputed company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
