Skills

- Expertise in at least two of the following areas: win/loss analysis, voice of the client/NPS, competitive intelligence, pricing strategy
- Proven ability to synthesize reputed company data into clear, actionable insights that drive measurable business impact
- Experience building and operationalizing programs, frameworks, or capabilities reputed company a matrixed organization
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
