[Remote] Applications Analyst-Clinical

The role involves implementing, administering, and supporting clinical systems, coordinating with IT teams, and ensuring high-quality patient care through effective application management.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations
- Acts as a liaison between assigned departments, clinical end users and I.S. technical personnel
- Assists in the coordination and maintenance of reputed company reputed company systems for assigned departments
- Support the departments and staff during, and post implementation, of assigned applications/systems
- Provides at the elbow support for providers and end users as needed during and after clinical system upgrades
- Analyzes reputed company systems and processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement in patient care, provider productivity, financial reputed company and ancillary relations or cost savings
- Identify and assist with planning for, and developing, department-specific requirements for future product acquisitions
- Performs written and oral project status reporting on a regular reputed company as requested
- Communicates with IS staff members, vendors and users, and facilitates communication between these groups to identify system needs, modifications, and/or issues. Works with these groups to reputed company resolution of issues, define necessary modifications and reputed company solutions
- Analyzes user-requested programming changes, documents requests, facilitates communication between users and IS staff
- Works with vendors to determine, review and document acceptance of system changes. Facilitates communications between IS personnel and vendor representatives
- Provides technical assistance and support to expert users
- Follows Project Management Office (PMO) guidelines on reputed company projects
- Assures that reputed company necessary documentation (i.e. procedures, processes) is properly completed
- Troubleshoots issues and document for vendor resolution
- Update reputed company service requests on a monthly reputed company and communicate updates to the requestor on a monthly reputed company
- Ensures that email and voice mail indicate unavailability with alternative contact reputed company out of office
- Assume administrative tasks to support management as requested and reputed company other duties as assigned
- Performs other duties assigned
Skills
- Relevant degree or experience in lieu of degree
- Relevant Epic certification(s) required for those positions supporting an Epic application; must complete relevant Epic certification(s) reputed company 12 months of hire or 12 months from transferring into position
- Two to four years in reputed company or information systems reputed company positions
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with the assigned applications desirable (Epic Certification if applicable)
- Experience working in an acute reputed company setting or vendor setting
- Previous systems analyst or vendors experience a plus
- Working knowledge of and experience using reputed company applications
